Probably never unfortunately. Seems like SEGA moved onto Yakuza and left Shenmue to die. Shame, as this was a top notch series of games, so innovative.

It's not confirmed anywhere yet I am also tired of waiting too, it's been 4 years since I finished Shenmue II!
