i think you are talking alot of nonsense, ive been all over the area, and there is NO orca boat... so if it is there, explain to us WHERE is it, not in degrees, or angles or any of that nonsense, just point.
is the boat IN the underwater caves, or is it part of the free-roam area...

It is in open ocean west. go to the nearest beach turn 124 degrees to the left then go out 78 and a half yards out to sea then dive straighht down, there you will find a secret tunnel follow it until you come to a pond inside the island, there is your orca boat. you cant destroy it so dont try. it was really easy for all my friends and i who play this game 48 hours straight.
