Ok guys, I think it's a good idea to have a General Discussion thread in this forum. A lot of the threads created here are near duplicates to other existing ones, and some are just spam. Now I don't want to go around closing every thread that is similar to another, because that wouldn't be very efficient and wouldn't make it a very fun place for you guys to visit and chat in.

So from now on try to post in here when you are discussing stuff like how long you have to wait for release, whether you think the game is awesome or not and general Dead Rising discussion that doesn't require it's own thread. In doing this we can get the forum to look a lot tidier without having loads of closed threads on the first page.

This is just an idea and might not work, but I would be very grateful if you would give it a try.

I have a problem with PP Sticker achievement, I can't seem to take the right angle for the astronaut east side of the Space Rider. I can't see if there's the red sign on it which says it was taken, because of the distance and the thing is so damn small!

Sorry I can't edit my post cause I'm an unwashed heathen, but frequently I can't jump on the blue ledge in Paradise Plaza, it won't let me go on it and I invariably fall under the stairs. So I have to load my last save to overcome that. Did that bug happen to anyone here?

I can't imagine doing 7 days achievement with this sort of bug...

Don't you think that considering the bad AI of the survivors, they should have implemented the book "brainwashing tips" at the beginning, so the AI could be less stupid? Bad move, Capcom.

And another thing, I experienced several times some short loading screen in the middle of Paradise Plaza, near the warehouse door... strange.

And to sum it up, there *is* some lag with two weapons in this game: the wood bench and the sledgehammer's second move.

after you kill the gunner take him 50. cal then use that to kill the other 2 its easier than using a shotgun

You dont have to do every main case file. But you will have to save after you have done it.

Has anyone else noticed that if Frank takes enough erotica pictures, he will suffer a nose-bleed for a short time after? I noticed his nose and mouth dripping with blood and I thought he had been attacked, but then it began to make sense. Frank West really is a perv.

Lure them to follow you and make them bump onto the trees then you approeach them and slash the hell out of them with a Small Chainsaw, a Katan, or shoot them with your shotgun or the Real Mega Buster if you have it. I suggest you kill the convict thats manning the Heavy Machine Gun first, it will make it easier then you grab the MG and send those jerks to hell.

I must agree I've found that they are not very happy when you snipe the gunner. Getting close rarely works for me even with the battle ax or chainsaw.

Try this:

If you see them in the distance, don't approach them but wait till they hit something, the snipe from a distance each member. It takes about 4 head shots each or 6 body shots with the sniper.
