I haven't yet unlocked it, but you'll like this one that I've confirmed as an unlockable: Paranoia Survivor MAX.
If you look through the Challenge Mode you'll find a few other arcade/PS2 songs that appear to be unlockables (I recognized Still In My Heart Momo Mix and Tears).

A - denotes the song is to be presumed as a Konami Original. Hypnotic Crisis is a very obscure song and the fact that it has come back in remix form is surprising.

A = denotes the song as winner of Konami's music submission contest. Midihead (yes, the same one from UM2 and UM3) judged the best songs submitted and these 4 were deemed the best. And yes, that's the same DM Ashura of neoMAX fame. The song he submitted here had to be remixed as the original version will be appearing on DanceTrax (currently on hiatus). =\
