Does anyone know if the knife that Sam uses and that is shown spinning in the beginning of the game is an actual knife? If yes, who makes the knife??

Its a double-edged combat knife. Overall length 7 1/2 inches with a 3 and 3/8 inch, black oxidized high carbon stainless steel blade to prevent reflections and a black polymer rubber handle.

I can 99% sure it is Microtech SOCOM (without Elite), around 250 to 400 USD, have manual, auto and dual action versions.

Particularly the one designed by "Patches"

Good luck hunting one down, they're expensive.
