There are numerous idiots playing this game, most of them don't even know what they are doing. Talking is very much part of playing Poker and any table which doesn't have talking is boring indeed.
Now that doesn't mean you have to talk non stop either mind.

Several players had a slight disagreement at my local cash game the other night. Here's the senerio.... 3 players in the hand. 1st player bets pre-flop. I am second player and I'm short stacked so I push all-in. 3rd player calls my all in...he now has only a few chips left. Its back to the first player, he calls the all-in...while he is considering whether to put the second player who is now short stacked all-in I speak up and tell him to put him all-in. Now heres the question....several players said I wasn't suppose to say anything but I said that if I am in the hand I can talk! A few said because I was all-in that I wasn't suppose to talk. Bottom line is if a player is All-in can he talk or is he suppose to remain quiet as though he were not in the hand? Hope I haven't made the question confusing....thanks!
