Because without sparx there wont be a smart mouth sidekick and this games ratings would suck because all games have a smart mouth sidekick.

I guess no one likes Sparx's voice. xD

I agree though, they shouldn't have gave him a voice. He was much cuter in the three original Spyro's when he made that funny noise.
