nothin happens if you do thirty, it just gives a description of you in the news, e.g i managed derby for 30 years, got them to premiership in 3 seasons, won god knows how many trophies(sugar daddy in premiership) and it says as my description "arguably the best manager the club has ever seen" and it boosts your hall of fame stats

i dont know i have never done all seasons with any team. i know if you do bad it says you go on to own a pub or something witty along those lines. guess you will have to find out

when you have done 30 it says what you go on to do. this depends on how well you have done as a manager
