We're talking about "A New life" Right?

Ok Easiest way to go:

1: Slip some Poison/Tranquilizer into the donuts.
2: put donuts down outside the back of the van across the street from the house. It's a FBI Surveilence van. Make sure you use the "A" command "Put down Donuts." unless you have the caterer's suit make sure to leave before they open the door.
3: Watch and wait for the cops to eat the donuts and pass out/die. Climb into the Van, Steal the tape, change clothes, leave.
4: Grab the Catering carton, drop an ru-ap mine in it.
5: dressed as a fed, enter the house, drop the box with the bomb near the chair the target sits in or upstairs if you want.
6: Follow the woman in the bathingsuit until she enters the bathroom. Kill her, take the necklace.
7: Detonate the bomb once the target is near it (watch on the Map).
8: slip out in the confusion, retrieve your suit.
9:exit

This won't get you the Silent Assassin this way (I think you get the "Stalker" catergory), but it's the easiest way to complete it.
