I have collected all 20 crystals on Normal, Hard, and Very hard setting. I beat Shredder on normal setting and I am still in the progress of beating him on hard setting and I still have to beat act 4 for Leo, Don, and Raph for very hard setting.

I just wanted to post up where to find all the crystals incase anyone needs to know. And to unlock the very hard setting press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A at the title screen.
************************************* Act 1 Crystals ************************************* In this act, you will have to take multiple paths to get all the crystals. In other words you will have to redo this stage two more times if you got one crystal in the first try.
Crystal 1:In the left-right-left path, fight a series of enemies. After killing them all, keep going and you should find it.
Crystal 2:In the right-left path, fight many series of enemies. After you reach the end of the path you should clearly see the crystal.
Crystal 3:In the right-right path, fight enemies until you get to a pit with a canister of life. Go near the border and enemies should come behind you. Kill them for the crystal.
Again, one crystal in this stage, but the location is not that simple to find.
Crystal 1: In the third part of this stage, defeat two series of enemies. Do not keep going yet, instead double-jump to a path that is like in the sewers. Defeat all the enemies there and at the end of path you will see the crystal.
Three crystals in this stage, but luckily they are a piece of cake.
Crystal 1: In the first building you see, climb the left side to find a crystal. Take it.
Crystal 2: Same place only in the opposite side.
Crystal 3: Near the end you should in place with red bars. When you kill the first enemy set. Don't go down, instead climb the wall and you will find your crystal.
These crystals can be a little hard to get since you have to know what to do and when to do it.
Crystal 1: In the beginning of the stage stay in the top lane (don't worry about the cones) and you should a cone that has a crystal in it.
Crystal 2: Somewhat near the middle of the stage you will see a cone following a ramp. Don't touch the ramp, instead jump over it, hit the cone, and the crystal is yours.
There are only two here and they are somehow elusive.
Crystal 1: After reaching the end of the first part of the stage you should a pipe leading down through some wood. Take the pipe down and take the crystal you see.
Crystal 2: Near the end of the stage (after the sign that says Crazy Manny), you should a pipe that leads down. Take it. You will see some boxes. Do not break them. Instead get on top of them and use the high jump ability and you should get the crystal.
Crystal 1: When you to the part with a lot of lasers, try not get hit by them and pass through them. When you get to the top, you should see a lonely box. Run towards the wall and when you see that he is running, go towards the box and press the A button as if you were going to jump. You should spring to the box. Break the box by jumping and pressing B at the correct moment. You will see it after you break the box.
Arrgh! These crystals are a pain to get (especially if you are impatient). I somehow got them but it takes skill and luck to get them. Good luck getting these crystals.
Crystal 1: During early in the stage you should see a set of 8 missiles coming at you. Charge your shot COMPLETELY because I you just fire one at a time they will likely "fly" away and will miss your chance the crystal.
Crystal 2: Same thing only near the end of the stage.
These two crystals are elusive but I'll point out the location for them.
Crystal 1: When you get to the broken train, you will see a pillar. Double- jump to get your crystal.
Crystal 2: Near the end of the stage you will see many pits and one of them has the crystal you need. Be careful because at the bottom of the pits electricity will rush through, though.
The crystals here are easy but their location is not exact.
Crystal 1: During some part of the stage you will see the crystal on the top part of the pipe or tunnel. Use the B button to execute an ability that lets you get the crystal. Don't do it TOO early, though because if you do you will go down again and you will not get the crystal.
Crystal 2: Same thing only this time it is somewhere near the end of the stage.
