I'm BadassNinja, HeavyMetal84 on Xbox Live. I can't wait for this package of games! Half-Life 2 is probably my favorite shooter ever, and i'm interested to see where the storyline goes in Episode 1 and Episode 2. Portal looks very cool and Team Fortress 2 looks like it'll be a fun online game. This is suppossed to come out in September, let's just hope it doesn't get delayed AGAIN.

don't get me wrong half life 2 is a spectacular game - episode 2, and portal being particularly good. but there are better stories out there, the gears of war 2 story also looks promising, as long as marcus stays the lead character as all i have heard is about dom's story. Hopefully both characters will be the main and not just dom because i really like marcus and dom

I agree, i belive that half life is a good game but its story is nowhere near as good as lost odyssey or mass effect

half life 2- aliens attack, there's a love interest, your a silent hero with no personality, and you try to stop the aliens - not cliched at all
Mass Effect, while great, did not live up to the hype. Yes, I still love the game, numerous glitches and all, and its story is strong, it still doesn't beat Half-Life, in my opinion.
But hey, this is an introductory thread. Let's not flood it with this garbage.
