First definately, the moves are better, the storyline is better, the characters are better, all I'd add to it is more characters done to the same Legends 1 standard , also more costumes (Rogue & Jubilee only have 1 costume), more levels and more moves.

i'm with you. felt like more effort had gone into making it and the leveling system was more fun. and beast was playavble
