Link: Work, work, work. The period I'm currently living through has to be the hardest and most challenging period of my life so far. As a result, I havn't been on neoseeker for an absolute age (A Lost Age if you will), but I've dragged myself round to it, Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm back.
But I won't be the Link you knew until next summer, its my final year for me to get into University, and I really don't want to mess it up, so you'll be seeing a lot less of me, but don't think that my eyes won't be everywhere, as they usually are. At a guess, I'd say my posting amout will halve, but I'll still be on-site to reply to any and all neoPM's.
GS01's demotion was an unwelcome piece of news, but I appreciate the academic pressure being heaped upon him as well and I fully understand his descision. I will of course be appointing a co-moderator, but I've already made up my mind as to who that is, so please don't bother asking me.
Finally, many of you have given me a welcome reputation of the helpful mod that's not in the least unfriendly. I'm intending for this to carry on, but please sympathise if I'm a little bit frosty and blunt sometimes, its an extremily difficult patch at the moment. But as always, please neoPM if you just want a chat, as some of you did before, I'm always around, and I always will be.
Regards,
Link

~Brief~
Today i have handed in my notice and as soon as it is processed i will be leaving this forum, not for good but as your mod. It has been a good year here now since i was mod and i am sad to go but times move on. I leave you in the hands on Link_2000 who i am sure will do a great job.
Thanks to you lot for making it so great!

Link: Hi everyone. Firstly I'd like to apologise for my week long absense during the middle of August (which actually included my second year neobirthday), as I went off to Menorca and I, erm, forgot to tell most of you (GS01 was also away, but at least he had it in his custom title), it was a bit rushed, and I promise it won't happen again.
In other news, for the first time in about a year, the GBA RPG/Adventure Section (where this forum is included), finally has a mod, which is a great help to me and GS01 because both of us go off on holiday at around the same time, leaving the forum unmodded. You probably won't see all that much of him, but in case there's a large problem at the forum, and neither myself or GS01's online, then get him down to sort the problem out, his user name is Deathknight.
Finally, I'm happy to report that The Lost Age absolutely swept the boards at the GBA neo awards. Winning almost every award. I myself one best mod (again), and GS02 won best poster.

GS01: Well i am finally back after a two week holiday in Italy, so if you have been wondering where i have been thats where. I have sixth form starting on thursday the 4th of sept' so i will try and be active as much as i can.

Link: Its that time again. For those reletively new to the forums, every half year neoseeker holds an awards thread for the seekers they feel are special (funniest, nicest, best mod etc.). Its in its voting for nominees stages so far, so please go here and vote for the seekers you think deserve the awards. One vote makes a lot of difference, and in a few days, you may be surprised to see your names on the nominations sheet when it comes in. I've voted for quite a few of you in different categories, and hopefully the forum as a whole will win soemthing this year, as exactly a year ago, the forum I modded, Golden Sun, managed to get the runner-up prize, and GS01 got the runner-up for 'best newcomer'.
Anyway, here's hoping some fo the forum members and the forum itself can take home an award after these things are over.

Link: I've recieved a few neoPM's and seen a few forum posts around that concern confusion over a few new features added to the site today. As some of you are rarely around the rest of neoseeker, I'd best explain what I know of them.
Firstly, the number of private visitors browsing a forum are now shown, although they remain private.
Secondly, a list of all unread and unresponded neoPM's are brought up when reading a neoPM.
Finally, reporting's a lot better now. You can now classify the reason for your psot report into four different areas and give a short explanation as to why you reported it. This is a great help to us mods and members alike.

GS01: Well the exams are over, i now have a three month holiday, but i am back now and after that interuption of my gaming i am going back to it and i will also be here more often again, thanks for being patient.

9th June, 2003
Link: As yo can see, I'm now back from my sizeable break that I was forced to take due to exam strains. I believe that GS01 is still out for them, so he may take somewhat longer to return. My apologies for the lack of inactivity and I promise it won't continue to be the case.

13th May, 2003
Link: Long time since I updated this, and I apologise for that. Well, as you may have realised, GS01 is the forum's new mod alongside myself. However, remember that we both have a magnitude of exams coming up, so won't be on as much as we'd like to. Remember to use the report function and to PM us if anything goes wrong whilst we're offline. Thanks.

Link: Just like to say than another British seeker owns GS:TLA now, a day after GS01 got his copy. I won't tell you the username, but it beings with L, ends with 0 and last time I checked he mods this forum.

18th April, 2003
Link: I'm back after having a great time on my holiday. It seems the forum's grown a lot over the release, so that's great.
I must thank my good friend golden sun02 right now. As a favour to myself, he creted this banner:
Fantastic, is it not? I think I got the symbolicness of it just right - the goodies, Felix & Jenna, bold in front, with the baddies, Saturos & Agatio (I'm aware that Saturos doesn't feature in GS:TLA, but he's too cool to miss), shadowy in the back, just behind them. GS02 got this symbolic factor perfectly, and the banner's easily his best yet. Thanks mate.

Link: Good God, how time flys. Its now the US release of the game, which is great, as the wait's been simply too long.
I'll be away in North London for a couple of days, however, so I'm hoping you'll all act responsably, and I'll be trying to get a Supermod to look over the forum in my absense. Hope the release goes well for all you Americans.

5th April, 2003
Link: Once again, I'm up to my neck in work. As a result, I'll be more inactive than I usually am for a while. Bad news, considering GS:TLA's release is a mere 9 days from now. As a result, I may well designate a temp or a co-mod for help around that time. Apologies for any and all inconvienience caused.

12th March, 2003
Link: A small forum update now allows you to report and edit user reviews, much like you would a post. So remember to iron out those typos, and use the report function well to get any pointless reviews to my attention. Also, Gamespy.com posted aup a good preview of The Lost Age {link}. I've submitted it to the pro reviews section of this game profile, but I thought I'd tell you about it anyway, its very good.

1st March, 2003
Link: Happy St. Davids day to any Welsh members of the forum. Also, happy birthday to my own good self
, for reaching 17 years of age without getting murdered of doing something fatally stupid yet. A big thanks going out to all of those that have congratulated myself over MSN, neoPM, guestbooks or forum posts, you know who you are. A massive thanks as well going out to GS02, who stuck a banner in his guestbook signing. Happy days are here again.

Link: Forum underwent massive changes today. General help thread closed and unfloated, and the thread directory was relocated to the rules thread for convienience and sticky space. This very thread was created and floated.
