there is no most powerful pokemon, it just depends on move sets. and defense.

lvl 1 ratata moves- •quick attack •endure •endeavor •(anything else) item- focus sash how to use- use endeavor. the opponent should strike an attack first, and the focus sash allowing 1hp. endeavor allows an attack that leavs the same amount of hp you have. now use quick attack which always goes first.

but It won't have the stats and the level. say ditto was level one and he/she fought a mewtwo and used transform you would still be screwed. mew and mewtwo can turn into any pokemon also.

Yes, but a DITTO could BECOME your pikachu.
Therefore, Ditto is techincally the strongest pokemon. I can change into any pokemon.

well at I defeated the elite four with my pikachu at level 72......
I mean, seriously. Your just walking along and BAM a Ditto jumps out and turns into a FECKING STEELIX. Your totally scee-rewed
Seriously? In my personal opinion its either my earthquaking Meganium or Red's Pikachu. That thing was strong.

Shuckles hands down the best pokemon. Move Set: Toxic Sandstorm Double Team Rest
Item: Mint Berry
Shuckle can have 614 Sp Defense and Defense at Level 100 so a super effective attack will only do around 3 dmg. then you just toxic and sandstorm to death while double teaming. If you get low HP rest and mint berry will instantly awaken you.
