I'm thinking it's made so you squeeze through the window by jump-crouching. I did it that way.

i am having the same problem - i cant get through the window. After getting this far - i know how to squeeze through gaps. I am thinking its a glitch.

Is the window open? If so, try jumping and landing on it, and then crouching. You should be able to squeeze through.
