Sorry guys, I just saw this was the PS2 forum (just found this board using a google search). I'll post this is the xbox IP forum. Mods feel free to delete. Again, my apologies.

Hey all,

I'm not much of a gamer... I was into the old LucasArts graphic adventures before they stopped making them, and I play sports games, and that's pretty much it. I hardly ever play action games because my hand eye coordination just isn't up to par. At any rate, I've dusted off an xbox console I hardly use to play Indigo Prophecy, and suffice to say I'm playing on the easy mode because so I can get by on my sub par hand eye controller skills.

Yet I still seem to be having a hell of a time with the alternating trigger segments. The one I'm stuck on now is the "storm" sequence in Lukas' apartment. I even had trouble completing Tyler's workout sets in the gym. Okay, while my hand eye coordination and contoller skills ain't good, it can't be THAT bad (I've been having no problems with the "Simon Says" PAR sequences).

So all I'm doing is switching between them as fast as I can. Should I be trying to be more steady in alternating? (I tried that and I'm still having trouble) Am I supposed to be timing the right and left triggers with the 'R' and 'L' indicators on the screen as they light up? (I tried that too but it's hard to maintain).

I feel like there must be something fundamental I'm missing here with regards to how this functions. On easy mode this shouldn't be difficult at all. Or is it just that I'm THAT lousy with a controller?
