you have to complete the game with normal system direction with any character.(the character you beat it with is the outfit you unlock)

Hi all

does anyone know how to get the other 6 costumes out (using the start button)? I got sfiii3 and sfiii3a but it doesnt seem to be in these roms. is there a trick i need to do first or find another version of the game?
