Yes, it is until the second comes next year, unless you want to get in detail. F.E.A.R Files is a collector edition which is the second part to F.E.A.R the game, but not the second game.

Yes there is. It's an expansion but not a sequel. I believe it's called F.E.A.R. - Extraction Point.
Although I could be wrong.
