Guile isn't as good in the game sadly, as with Chun-Li. The ppl who are god-tier in that game are Sagat and Zangief.

I don't have next gen consoles, but i managed to play it at a friends house. It felt extremely sluggish and slow, maybe i haven't played it enough, but it feels really slow.

I like SFA3 too. Its overall presentation is pretty amazing. I wish the characters had new looks though.

I'm playing SFEX3 at the moment.
