i must have completed the game then haha. Is the thing meeting yoshi on top of the castle and getting that weird jump with the stars comming out? do you know what that does?

Yes, thats all you get
I`ve never done it before though, most I`ve had is 149/150 on the DS version and 100 or so on the N64 version

Ah fair enuf
i though they would atleast give away sumthing good like the jump made it so you could jump into a new level randomly in the game. ahh well still a well good game.

Okay, I feel stupid asking, but I've been wondering.
There are 15 secret stars. Are they counted in the 120, or are those seperate?
