I have a linksys BEFSR41 connected to my desktop. I have ordered a laptop with wireless already installed. What do i need to connect the 2 systems and how.??? So sorry to ask this.. I know it must be complicated but any help would be appreciated.
I am excited and want to use my laptop.

You have several possibilities.
You could buy a WLAN PCI card for your other PC, but you would be unable to use the DSL connection, unless you would install a proxy program.
I am not sure if you can mix an Access Point with your router.
The best solution (and probably most expensive one) is to buy a WLAN DSL router.
Most of them have four cable LAN ports and can be used like your current router.
I did the same at home and it is working just fine.

well u could connect a linksys wireless to the wired box and there r many more possibilities but i just don't know them right now

Wait, wait, wait...since the laptop has wireless capabilites ingrained, why do you need to connect the two pc's? Why don't you just have your laptop pick up the wireless signal from the router?
