Like I said, my PS2 engine can't spin the CDs, I tried to check it out, but nothing is damaged. It just can't spin
Anybody please help

Well, if you're system can't even begin to read the discs that you're feeding it, then it's about time you brought it in to Sony. Unless the problem could be a classic "scratched disc" scenario.

Here is the story:
"One day my 21" TV fell on my PS2, and then from that time the engine never made a single spin! but nothing was damaged!"
My discs are brand new and clean!

Considering such an object impacted the system and it has never functioned since, I would call that "damaged".
I highly suggest you call Sony about this, I'm sure they'd have an answer for internal issues like these.

Dude ur wasting money contactin sony to fix ur PS2 it costs somewhat $80-$85 in the usa but im english and use £ and it should be between £75-£80 if sony fixes ur PS2
