OK I've tried to get the Hadouken skill for ages but I could never actually do it, in ABSOLUTE detail (down to the smallest things) explain PLEASE how to get this damned Hadouken!

I believe you do a half circl from left, down, right then shoot and you'll do the hadoken fireball.
