is it just me or does Halo seem overrated, why is it M, it has the makings ov a T game, star wars republic commando is more violent than this game.

I think you have the wrong definition of overrated. Overrated means something is not as good as they think it is and overhyped, which in my opinion the original Halo definitely isn't. I don't see why this game is rated M either. You have toys as weapons and you fight pinatas. A T because of the alien blood and gore would have be fine though. Other M games like Bioshock are much more violent than this.

Ratings doesn't really matter, to be honest. Kids will still play it despite the rating.
