my brother cheats on his game... and i think its affecting my game, i am a half-elf, i am in multi-class, which mine are thief, fighter, and mage. well the exp. won't go above 26999 on either of the 3. plz help me out!

I've tried to do exp. cap remover, i downloaded it but i can't saved it to my disc. i have a cd-rewritable drive and a dvd drive. i don't know if u have a cd bg but it says its a read-only file, i try the cd-rewritable drive but it says theres no disc.! plz help?!
