Well, what I did was make a box in Mword and cut and paste, so all you need to do is like...widen the margins on the top and bottom, paste the image, and stretch it out. It'll be a wee bit fuzzy, but it usually looks fine.
XD I'm not trying to get out of it or anything, just saying that that's what you could also do. But if it's a problem, I could gladly make it bigger. ^__^

If you enlarged it, would it be fuzzy as well?

It's not a set interval. But you should know that MR will still review applications even if they aren't logged in. Unless I'm mistaken, they only log in to get more applications and to send pms and whatnot.

I'd just have to make the font a little bit bigger, as well as the pictures to even it out. The border would probably look alot smaller, unless I found a way to enlarge it without making it pixelated, as well as the wreath thingy down bottom.

Try refreshing the page.
Every time I type "neoseeker.com" on IE and press Enter, the browser takes me to "http://www.cheatszilla.com/". Can someone tell me what's up with that and how to fix it?

Which IE are you using? And did you recently play around with your hosts file? I'm pretty sure if you screwed something up in your hosts file it would be happening in Firefox as well, but I'm not 100% certain.
