Subject: Ad Libs In Australian Copy
-------------------------------------------
I've seen that there are a lot more ad libs options that on several Youtube videos. Yet when I press triangle, I don't get any proper dialogue. For example, George will only say:
"Hi"
"I think..."
and a couple of groans.
Shouldn't there be more? Is it because I have an Australian copy?

That happens to me too, and you're right. It's because of our version. is yours pal?

Yeah, it's a PAL.
That's annoying. How come my region copy doesn't have the correct ad libs?

It happens, best not to worry.
Certain versions change much more.
Did you notice your "easy" mode is much easier then the easy mode from the first outbreak?

I don't have the first Outbreak...yet.
But from what I've seen, The first outbreak looks a lot easier than File 2 in Hard/Very Hard mode.
Does Australian copies have the same amount of ad-libs in File 1 as the rest of the world?

Yes it is.
But easy mode is much much harder.
On file 2, on easy, a bite takes about 170 damage...on file one, it takes around 370.
They have, but no subtitles...LOL
Also, no online mode on PAL.

Actually, that's the way the game is in America, too, and probably everywhere. They have the sentences of what the characters are "thinking" on the screen, but you'll only hear basic words such as "hey!" and "Hi!" from their actual voices. I hear this question a lot, so it must confuse a lot of people. But the dialogue you read is in fact what they're thinking, not what they're supposed to be saying. I hope that clears it up.

But the thing is that I don't get the subtitles. Just what they speak.

Well, don't worry about it. You're not missing much. There's an amusing comment here or there, but most of it is stupid stuff like "I've got to get out of here!" or "What's going on?"
