You can get Beserker (Rock Adams), and Lizardman as well. By doing certain Weapon master chapters when you reach the correct level.

they are hidden? i don't think they are hidden? because before you unlock them you can see that the pictures of them are miss in the charcter select screen

Well, they're as close to hidden as you're going to get.
Soul Calibur 1 and Soul Blade had truly hidden characters, as in there were no empty spaces to show that they existed. But SC2 has no TRUE hidden characters. Just unlockable ones...

Well, the closest to secret that you're gonna get is the unlockable mission which has all of the joke weapons. And, if you beat that, you get Lizardman.

trust me, it's gonna be hard. I can't beat a few of the missions. and extra in Sub-chapter 2 is really hard

What level are you? Once you get up to a certain level (somewhere around 70) you unlock the last subchapter. I think you also have to do something else... lemme get you a link.
