Subject: Need Help on Reel Act 1 - Ark/Carriage

I am getting real frustrated in trying to clear the Ark in Reel 4. I have both switches done on each side, but the top one won't go down at all. I use Sylvia's replay and kick it, and nothing happens. What gives, I have uncovered the switch?
