What difficult level are you on? I'm doing extreme mode now and the bullets hit a lot harder >.<.
If you've only just started then it takes a small time to get used too.

Yeah it is better is was just seeing if people agreed with me! not to far in it at the mo, lot of good games just came out!!!!!

Cant get past the Tet Offensive when u have to throw the yellow smoke grenades into the VC insertion spots
i cant kill the tank

Well I finished it on extreme yesterday, after you're used to it I find it got a lot easier..
On the Tet offensive mission I find it's best to huddle the group together in one defense rather than spreading out, so they can heal eachother if the need be, this might make it harder for the guy with the smoke grenades though.
After the first spawn is taken out the tank will come in, I found it easier to check out the map and then use the compass so you can aim and throw the grenade quickly and get back under cover without having to really look at the field. So look on the objectives to see where the spawns are on the map, then lines it up with your compass, it's possible to throw from behind the sandbags if the need be, I did it likes this before, but you gotta make sure someones covering you.
The tank is alot easier to take down without the infantry coming from the spawn points, your choice which order to do it in, sometimes it's hard to take out the spawns with the tank going round, best to save it when you get to the defenses so you can try a few times.
You can get the tank down in one go if you shoot in the back, it's possible to run towards it so you're out of it's line of fire, then let it advance forward a bit.
First time I did it I just waited on the right hand side of one of the defensive posts and let one go when the tank went by, you'll probably need 2 of these though, the guy will probably be hit and you'll need to heal him, depends how fast you are ^^.

Yes, I agree by far the hardest one out of the whole series.
God only knows what you have to do to win the medals.
I notice that there not even mentioned in the instructions!!!!!!!!
