Boosts: All units ** attack and defense, and all units' mobility cost is one. (well that'd be useless really, besides the unit Sturm is in)
CO Power: Meteor Strike.
Same as Tabitha's.

He'd be like a different version of Tabitha. That's my verdict, anyway.

That looks like the balanced version of Sturm. And we all know Sturm isn't balanced.

First off his CO zone should be large

CO zone: 5

second he should have a very powerful boost also the mvmt. cost would be one effect would apply to everyone

Boosts: ATK/DEF: ***** All units
mobility cost reduced to one

His CO power would be adjusted

CO power: Meteor Storm
Makes 3 meteors (similar to Rachel's) fall from Black Hole HQ (lol, reading Rachel's SCOP description makes me laugh) to the battlefield deal 8 damage with radius something large

That's what I get when I see some of the AWDOR COs. Logic thrown > right out the window.

Just imagine some of the other COs too. Some of them just wouldn't fit in AW:DoR.

olaf is good too...
it takes less time for his gauge to build up,
so he ca have it snowing every 2 turns once the match gets tense

Grit, Colin,Hachi,Sensei and Kanbei

Sturm is broken yes, but lets leave him out


Grit:
Artillery spam + infantry are almost invincible, most co's arent able to OHKO his infantry(so they are effective meatshields), so his super strong artillery clear the way and infantry go on capturing

Colin:
80% cost is broken, 90/90 units dont matter much
COP is broken, he can even cop 2 times in a row and imagine all the money he has
SCOP is broken too, 1% boost for every 100 gs o.0

Hachi:
90% cost ISNT broken, so his d2d isnt broken, and his cop isnt broken either
His SCOP makes him broken, all i have to say

Sensei:
D2D boost are powerful, but a 2 star cop for infantry spam is broken

Kanbei:
d2d is broken, he gets strong units, and 120 % cost isnt that much to worry about

And u ppl say stuff like Sasha and VB are broken

wtf n00bs, sasha d2d, although nice, isnt effective enough, and her lame powers make her high tier, not broken

VB, d2d makes him a high tier co, but sucky scop brings him down

Javier(1 tower),Von Bolt,Sami,Nell,Sonja(FOW)

Kanbei is not broken. Just... no. Every CO, except maybe Max/Jugger/Flak, has a way around him. Until he can find a way past artillery, then I'll consider him. But he's honestly nowhere near better than, say, Sasha. Numbers > all in this game, as shown with Colin and Hachi.

No reason Nell, Von Bolt, Sonja, and Javier should of be above Rachel in any tier list. Rachel has a kind of impenetrable defense that only COs like Grit can hope of breaking. She can turtle and she will.

Jess is more broken than people think. Her subs and stealths are just plain unfair, her (S)COP is ridiculously good for a 6(3) star, and her Neotanks wipe the floor with everyone else. The Rockets aren't bad either. Put her on a huge map with a couple chokepoints and watch her own.
