Giant sharks!
In A Dance With the Devil, go to the Hell party, and to the place where the girl you have to kill performs her pyro show. Start shooting people and guards will come. Kill loads of them, until you've cleared the level. Then, start chucking ALL the bodies into the shark pool! The more the sharks eat, the bigger they get! Some get so fat they look like whales!
Burn, baby burn!
In A New Life, get to the poolboy's shed, and take his outfit, and also the lighter fluid. Then, go down the side of the house, where the dog is (you might have to kill him) and down into the basement. Get the lighter fluid there.
Now, hang out beside the barbecue, until the wike talks to you. Follow her up to her room, let her go into the bathroom, and when she tells you to leave, enter the bathroom. When she falls asleep, steal her necklace and go downstairs again. Go outside to the barbecue and rig it. Now wait.
When the wife tries to use it, she will be set on fire, but also loads of guards will come and dance by the pool! Mexican wave!

In Death of a Showman, continue through the level until you reach the theater. Do not kill the guard in here, but merely watch him. He will eventually chuck gasoline on the man on the ride, and set him on fire!

Wow, I didn't know about the shark and the one in death of a showman, sounds awesome.
Could you edit the first post? Makes it much easier to read.
Zombie Easter Egg
Go to 'Death on the Mississippi'. As soon as the mission starts, move towards the Engine Room. Kill the guard who is leaning over the rail, and drag him in the Engine room. Throw him of the right one. Now wait for the gator member to move over to the Engine Room, kill him, and throw him over the left rail. Now every human on the ship will be a zombie (except for the dead ones, and the ones sitting). They will walk like drunk persons, or do a dragging animation. You can only kill them with a headshot or Silent Kill (cut throat, strange, poison etc.), any other kills will let them regenerate. The only things they do, is walking like a... zombie... and trying to punch you.
Note: you can kill anyone in the proses of activating the Egg.
Cheering rednecks
On 'Death do us Part', got to the place where rednecks are shooting alligators. There are some bottles on a tree stump. If you shoot them, the rednecks start cheering.

I tried it, and it works (the shark one). It looks *bleep*ing R-tarded when the shark have eaten about 10 meals
I've also heard about this one, and found it on youtube.

Yes! It's not just my game! That is the first successful easter egg I have found!
I find that one eats more than the rest, making him look like a basking shark!
And yeah, the dancing Marines rock! =D
Dancing Hitman!
Move 47 onto any of the dance floors in the game (Murder of Crows/ Till Death Do Us Part) and leave him for a bit over a minute. He will eventually start dancing!
