You don't need to go up there unless you're fighting Dario for the second time. If you are up to that point in the game, you can reach that section of Demon Guest House via a hallway in the west side of The Pinnacle.

dont be afraid..i used to be afraid when i first played the game bacause the sound and the monsters are real scary but when i got stronger i would just kill them with no mercy..mwahahahaha!!

Look at the slab. Use the monster on the slab and it will open up.
