One thing I admire about Noni as General:
Not-Neo comes in and starts talking/asking questions.
Noni asks if he's a part of NeoSeeker and says that the chat is for NeoSeeker members only.
Not-Neo says he's, well,
Not-Neo, apologizes for entering and quietly leaves.
Noni goes "Wow!"
I sincerely believe it's better to warn people that the CC is for Neo's only, but only, if they don't start spamming like most newbs do.
If the freaking unwashed heaten comes in and starts spamming on our faces then I believe the "Angy Approach" is the better method to be followed! No questions asked, instant kick!
After all, that kind of behaviour shouldn't be allowed on anybody, Neo or No-Neo!

I am so confused by what you are saying. Are you saying Non Neos should be allowed in if they do not spam? The mod smade the rule if you are not a Neo member you have to make an account to be in there....which fails in many ways as a lot of "Newbies" tend to spam and only use the CC to be annoying.

Neo_Chat is for Neo only, I tried to say that it's better to politely tell a polite Non-Neo that and, also, that every single person that comes in, (Neo or Non-Neo), and starts spamming
deserves to be kicked instantly kicked!

So, if a Non member comes in and acts maturely, give them the option to leave, and come back with an account or w/e, but if they act like trolls and tools, instant kick.
If thats what you mean, then i think that sounds pretty fair.
Kind of like "take each case as its own".

Sorry if it sounded confusing...
I thought that is the way it was supposed to be.
Person comes in, name is asked. They either give a name or they do not. They do not have one, they are told to make one, and then we either get a fake name a few times from the same person before a kick, or they leave. Occasionally they give the proper name.
Spam is handled the same way. You spam, Non Neo or not you are supposed to be kicked.

Why not try the IRC rule of a non neo member can come in only if they act maturely and do not spam. They get one chance, they mess the chance up there out the CC for good.

That can't work. That's like someone getting 200m xp in all skills, it can't happen, I don't know why, but there's no way the mods would let that happen, and they shouldn't.

Goes back to the whole reporting thing, which is why i think, like is what we've always done, tell them to leave until they make one (IF they're mature) if they just troll or w/e kick em and add to ignore if necessary.
