i have no idea. i havent played in like 2 years and havent saved since then, but have gotten a slim ps2.

I'm going to make a thread about the save glitch in the morning. Basically, there's a chance that the last time you saved, it was corrupted, and the data is no longer there.
Don't worry; it's happened to me before.

the data is still there, i checked. it just doesnt want to read it and says there isnt a save on the memory card.

its not that glitch, as the save isnt corrupted. it just wont read it. i heard that was a prob with the slim ps2s

The corruption glitch is a problem with the slims?
Can you load any other games from that memory card? Maybe the card is corrupt? I had that happen once.

It may be damadged but not to the extent that its not usable anymore. You may still be able to read the data but it might still be damadged
