Subject: Do you think should Rockstar open upstate Liberty City?

Remember those mysterious unopened tunnels that lead to "upstate"? I can't believe we never got to see it!!!! Now it is pretty much impossible because of the remodeled Liberty City, don't you think upstate should be opened up in a future game?
