ok i have the suit i have special i have the trick it just wont let me do it and iv been trying for atleast 2hours now can someone please help me

jump onto the bit of roller coaster next to the carni while you're in the air keep on going up and down with you're left analog stick and hold the triangle on your control at the same time, keep on doing that until you complete it. That's how i did it.
