Press Polly's first statement, then choose "Have we forgotten something?" Repress the same statement, and ask "What's your name?". Answer "Of course." Next, present the DL-6 Case File. Choose "Suspect Data."
Finally, ask "What's the safe number?" and reply "Actually, it does." At the last prompt, choose "Case Summary".

k thanks i just did a few minutes ago... do u think u can help me with the beggining of case 5??? i don't get what i'm supposed to do. i found the phone, got the autopsy but now i'm stuck. Please help...

I've never actually done Case 5, sorry.
