The above sounds right. Though the Jack business couldn't be a result of starting the cutscenes with the Raiden mask could it?
I just have a hard time not thinking of the name preceded by "little". Heh.

Well let's see here
Jack can be crossed out as just a nickname
John appeared once when Naked Snake told Ocelot his name, with a smirk on his face none the less, therefore I never settled on John and besides there's millions upon millions that go by the name John. It doesn't seem right.
As for Saladin, in ancient times there was a warrior whose name was Saladin who was not feared or hated by enemies but respected for his decisions on the battle field.
Reminds me a little like a certain C.I.A. agent, that's all 8)

For those above who cant pay attention to story, I'm sorry.
Basically its this:
Jack is his real name, as said by zero.
I forgot who, but someone mentioned the name John and how it was a boring name, which snake heard.
When Ocelot asks Snakes name at the end, Snake says JOHN to avoid revealing his real name. And if I remember correctly He tells EVA its Jack.

It's one and the same,like Charles and Chuck.
The frog is supposed to be on the top of the southeastern corner of the bridge during operation snake eater.I already have the infinite face paint and want to use that in conjunction with the stealth camo.Are you prevented from this so people can't just breeze through hard level?
