ok.... i know many people want to know how this is done, so here it is:
first, use drones to find two good places for a mine around the colony (usually just under the hill where the colony is located).
then build two mines and a warehouse.
build oxygen extractors and water recyclers instead of cheaper options, so as not to damage the moral. you should need two of each till the end of the missions.
then build the 3 space aparetments and 2 lunar condos.
after that build a spaceport, a hotel, a shopping center, and an amusement center.
do .not use auto sell. sell manually for good prices.
in the month 12.38 demolish the mines. in the 01.39 you should have the moral up to +32 like i had.
