How in the world do you get Kecleon? I've killed over 400 of them and none joined me! I'm lv.100 Mew, MAX IQ, holding Friend Bow, alone, and I'm Lucario Rank.

That's a video you can watch. Yes, there is a 0.1% chance of recruiting one, meaning you may have to kill over 1,000 of them. Patience is the key. And you need to physically kill it. (Correct me if I'm wrong)
That's pretty much the same as what I did, except I didn't use a 1-room orb. And you can bring two pokemon, you know. Keckleon is a size-1 pokemon.
Charizard is a good choice to use.

on the same floor i got 3 other ones its easy to recrute one i have 10 of them right now

You must be 100 level and have Friend Bow. I have recruited a Kecleon recently.

I badly damaged one with sandstorm but the only way is to have a friend bow level 100 lucario rank witch should give you a 0.1% chance to get it.

Your rescue ranks has nothing to do with the recuitment percentage. All you need to do is be lv. 100 and have a friend bow. You will have a 0.1% (1 in 1000) chance to recruit one.
