On Saints Row wikia it says theres a weapon shop called "Brass Knuckles" which sells Sledgehammers,Butterfly Knives and Tazers. Is this true ?

Brass Knuckles is in the 2nd game. For SR1 it's just Friendly Fire.

Yes, in SR2 Brass Knuckles sells melee weapons while Friendly Fire sells guns with live ammo.

But you can buy melee weapons at "Friendly Fire" So it isn't just for live fire arms. But yeah "Brass Knuckles" is in Saints Row 2.
