I was wondering what kind of guild would you have in your game if you had the choice.
I say this for my evil characters.
Guild Name: Daedric Guild
Uniform: Lower Members wear Mythic Dawn Robes, Higher Members wear Black robes and Hood.
Armour: Lower members wear unenchanted Zero Weight Bound Armour whilst Higher members wear Enchanted Zero Weight Bound Armour.
Weapons: Lower members use Daggers or Shortswords whilst higher members use Longswords, Claymores or Staffs.
Spells: Lower members use lower quality spells and vice versa for higher members.
Rules: 1) Never steal from another member of the guild, 2) Never kill another member of the guild unless they offer themselves, 3) No Necrophillia on another member of the guilds corpse, 4) Do not dishonour the guild or the Daedric Princes.
Punishment will be exposhoun from the guild, if you are kicked three times then you will be killed.
Offerings: Every night the part of the guild devoted to that certain Prince will perform an offering to their Daedric Prince, every Turdas midnight we will meet up in the guild hall located in the underground temple for a meeting, offerings are brought to the specific locations and offered in whichever way pleases your lord.
So, what would your guild be?
EDIT: You are only allowed to serve one god, if that god is enemies with another Daedra, then you may go against the other Daedra but not the worshipers.

Guild Name: Nexus
Descrition: We are the ones who provide Order and Chaos, we are the ones who keep the land preserved as it is today; without order you couldn't have chaos, chaos is the opposite of order, and without opposites you couldn't have either.
How to Join: To join you have to serve death and life, you have to murder someone and save someones life, you must show compassion for the lesser beings; you get to decide which side you will join, Order or Chaos, it's your choice.
Uniform Order for Leaders: Leaders wear Order Priest Robes and Hoods.
Uniform Chaos for Leaders: Leaders wear Daedric Armour permanent bound or otherwise.
Uniform Order for Lessers: Lessers wear Red Silk Robes and Hood.
Uniform Chaos for Lessers: Lessers wear Black Robes and Hood.
Weapons Order for Leaders: Leaders use Staffs and Ebony and Glass aswell as Powerful Lighning and Fireballs.
Weapons Chaos for Leaders: Leaders Use Sfaffs or Reanimate and Undead summons, aswell as powerful Lightning and Fireballs and Daedric.
Weapons Order for Lessers: Lessers use Ice and Silver Swords.
Weapons Chaos for Lessers: Lessers use Ice and Maces.
Rules: Thou shalt not steal from thy clan, Thou shalt not Murder anyone from thy clan, Thou shalt not assault anyone from thy clan, Thou shalt not dishonour thy clan.
Punishment: Death.

here's mine ( and please don't make fun of me QQ )Guild name: Shadow
Uniform: Lower ranks are naked to show noobyness, Higher Ranks wear Priest of Order Robes
Armour: Lower ranks wear Dremora and Higher ranks wear Deadric
Weapons: Lower ranks use either spells ( meaning no weapons ) or a dremora dagger with poison, higher ranks user spells ( meaning staves ) or a deadric short/long sword enchanted, depending on the height of the member.
Spells: Lower ranks cast paralyzing spells as well as healing, higher ranks cast fire balls and lightning ( frost FTL ), summon dremora lord, summon lich, shield 100%, chameleon 100% and command humanoid.
Rules: 1) Killing other guild mates will NOT BE TOLERATED! 2) stealing from other guild mates will be prohibited 3) The word " noob " is a curse word and is a shame to our Shadow God...
Punishments: The first time a guild member breaks a rule it's a warning, the second time is torture, the third time is either expulshon or death
Offerings: Every Turdas at midnight guild members meet in the guild hall to offer either a) deadra hearts b) deadra/dremora weapons or armour or c) pictures of michael jackson in honor of michael jackson.

Guild Name: Hunter's Guild.
Jobs: Hunt anything from deer to Ogre's to Deadroth. You start of hunting pesky animals, but eventually you find yourself hunting Atronachs and Daedroth.
Uniform: Customized Hunter's Guild Light Armour, Higher Ranked Members wear Full Enchanted Hunter Armour.
Weapons: Primary Weapon is the Bow, and the best Enchanted bows are available to the higher ranked members. Dagger's are used for backup.
Rules: 1)You must not kill any humans, unless in self defense.2) Not steal from another member, or attack another member.
Benefits: 1)Sell meat and fur to merchants for better price. 2) Once Guildmaster, you get a weekly cut of the earnings, a statue in your honour and specialised Armour

Guild Name: Clan Nova
Uniform: An enchanted amulet with the Clan Nova symbol.
Armour: Whatever the armourers can make or clan members can loot.
Weapons: Bows, Ninja stars, Darts, Daggers, Swords, Words, Axes, Staves, Maces, Hammers, Hands, Shields, Money, Potions and Poisons.
Spells: Powerful enchanted items granted as rewards if member succeeds in fulfilling every aspect of a contract.
Rules: 1: No stealing from another guild member unless in training. Failure to uphold will result in possessions of equal value being taken to compensate the victim.
2: No attacking another guild member unless in training. Failure to uphold will result in weapon privliges being removed during missions.
3: In assassination missions only the target must be assassinated and in the way the contract demands. Failure to uphold will result in a lesser reward.
4: In theft missions only the target must be stolen. Failure to uphold will result in a lesser reward.
5: 20% of outside income must be paid to the clan. Failure to uphold will result with all clan privlages being removed until all debt has been paid.
6: No killing another clan member. Failure to uphold will result in removal of breathing privlages, or if you don't understand this the clan will kill you and use your corpse as a reminder of what happens to traitors.
Benefits: 1: Clan members will help members no matter what their rank.
2: Clan members will buy any item which can be fenced through clan stores.
3: Clan members are entitled to store premesises.
4: Powerful enchanted items rewarded for excellence.
5: Amulet will act as teleportation to clan headquarters.
