You can replace Security for something else.
At level 10, you can do the Nocturnal Shrine quest and the reward is a lockpick which is an unbreakable lockpick.
Your Security level will be pointless since you have unlimited tries at it.

I'll admit that I'm not too familiar with how that sort of character works, but it looks relatively solid at a glance. The only change I'd make is to change one of your Preferred Attributes to Endurance to get more Health in the long run.
I'd also probably choose a different race, but I understand why you're going with the Race/Birthsign combo you're using, so I'll keep my advice on that front to myself.

I think a Kajhit is a better choice.
Free casting of Night Eye helps a lot of sneaking.
And Eye of Fear is useful for getting rid of that one pesky person who compromises your mission.

If you want.
With high Sneak, you Blade/Hand to Hand/Blunt will do 6x damage on an enemy that doesn't know you are there.
Bows only do 3x damage.

Level ten already. I did the rubber-band sneak thing, now a master in sneak already, and I have the skeleton key. Thanks for the advice you guys. ^^
