It only changes how a character screams when they die. If its male, they do a normal scream. If its a chick, they do... well, a chick scream...

Its not much different. Its not like a "eeek" sorta thing. Its just a more feminine style of the normal "AAARRG!!" thingy they do. Just change it yourself, open a game, commit suicide, and you'll hear it.
