We don't have to hold all the matches at the same time. Depending on who is available, we'll have as many matches as possible. If people are away, their team matches will be played later.

I think you're right.
As has been repeatedly said, it doesn't matter when the matches are played. They can be played whenever in whatever order is most convenient.
