O, sorry. I don't blow up much. I've seen the driver in the car, but never seen him fly out. I'll take a closer look now!
EDIT: I was playing again, and I blew up a guy before me and his body flew over my car. So yes, Crispy_Bacon is right.

Anyway, I'll be another person to
say that they DO fly out of the
car, but because there's so much
debris, you don't always see it.
If you think you saw it, do the
one-touch replay and slow it down
when you get near the point that you
saw it.

nice... they do fly out.
I had one human shaped thing hit my windshield when i shot a guy with a shotgun. That must have been what it was.
Are there any pics of them landing or getting run over?
