hello, so i got prey while l was in germany(for 10euros) and was very excited to play until i hit a point in the beggining of the game where u walk and then this mob bangs the glass in front of u but when i enter the portal further down the path the game just fades out and goes back to the main menu(yer i try reinstall many times it doesnt fix) what should l do pls help me asap i was so excited to play it
