Yes you can...if you go to www.imaliar.com/iamjustkidding it says that you are able to...if you don't believe me, then check for yourself (i mean...why wouldn't you believe me)

That's just as impossible as DS to PSP. Although, I think you can do net play with PS2 and X-box. I'm not sure, I don't have any of them.
As for WiFi, no, I don't think that's possible either.
