I downloaded a bink/smak movie player and checked out all the movies on discs 2 and 3.
mvb00ca.bik shows the Prince with the scepter at the executions.
mvc014.bik shows the crowd cheering because Rog Gwenuar was executed.
So there must be a way to achieve these results in-game, but no matter what I try (replaying dozens of times), the game never ends right.
